How to Add a Job Posting?

You can add job postings, enabling your customers to announce their active search for new employees.
1. Navigate to Career Center > Manage Job Postings and click Job Posting.
 
The M360 - Job Posting List page is displayed.
 
2. Click New M360 - Job Posting.
Note: Alternatively, you can create a new job posting by navigating to Career Center > Manage Job Postings > Job Posting and clicking New.
 
The M360 - Job Posting form is displayed.

3.  Click Save.
The job posting is listed.
 
 
Primary Information
The Primary Information section within the Job Posting form gathers essential data for creating a job posting in the associated fields.
 
Please refer to the table below for field names and their descriptions.
Note:  All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

CUSTOM FORM
Specific form customized to collect information regarding the Job Posting
 
By default, the M360 - Job Posting Form is selected.
NAME
Title of the job posting
INACTIVE
Enabling this feature allows you to deactivate the job posting
JOB TYPE
Description of the job based on the number of hours expected from the potential employees to work such as Full-time or Part-time
WEB PROCESS FLOW
Predefined sequence of steps for the online process to complete actions such as form submissions or interaction within Mem360.
 
Note:  You can add a new web process flow if it is unlisted in the available options. 
WORKFLOW SET
Predefined sequence of steps to complete actions associated with the Job Posting Type
EXPIRY DATE
Specific date indicating the end of accepting applications for the job posting
INACTIVE
Enabling this will deactivate the job posting
 
 
Job Details
In the Job Details section within the Job Posting form, you can specify the essential data required for fulfillment by the potential candidate.

DETAIL PAGE IMAGE
Image displayed on the Job Posting Detail page.
EMPLOYER
Organization seeking potential candidates
EMPLOYER LOGO
Logo of the employer
JOB PACKAGE SLOT
Slots associated with the job package selected for the job posting
APPLICATION METHOD
Process applicable for submitting the job application
 
The available options are 
  • Internal - Applicable only for current employees within the organization
  • External - Applicable for candidates outside the organization
APPLICATION EXTERNAL URL 
URL applicable for submitting the job application when the APPLICATION METHOD selected is External
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Number of years of experience of the candidate 
JOB CATEGORY
Category to which the job belongs in the job posting
FEATURED
Whether or not to highlight the job posting on the web
LOCATION
Location of the job
INDUSTRY
Industry/sector to which the job belongs
DEFAULT REVIEWER
Individuals assigned to review and evaluate the candidates by default
DEFAULT PANEL
Established group assigned to review by default
