How to Create a New Course?
You can create a new course to expand educational offerings and meet the changing needs of learners. Note that you can create/edit a course only with relevant user permissions.
1. Navigate to the Learning > Manage Courses > and click Course.
The M360 - Course List page is displayed.

2. Click New M360 - Course.
Note: You can also access the M360 - Course form by navigating to Learning > Manage Courses > Course and clicking New.
The M360 - Course form is displayed.

3. Enter/select the desired values in the various categories of the form.

4. Click Save.
The new course has been successfully created.
Note:

To view the course information in detail, navigate to the M360 - Course List page and click View in the row of the desired Course to view the detailed information.

The selected Course page is displayed.

To modify the course details, you can follow one of the methods below:

Click Edit within the course view page.

Click Edit in the desired course row within the M360 - Course List page.

Primary Information
The Primary Information section within the Course form allows you to enter/ select the essential course data in the associated fields.

Course Kit

Click Add after entering the required fields in the Course Kit section to save the data and add more items.
Classes
The Classes section of the Course form is accessible only in the Edit or View format of the form.
A course can be configured to have no class, a single class, or many classes.

You can create a new class or edit the existing classes for a course. For more information, refer to How to Create a Class?
Course Pricing
The Course Pricing section provides information about the cost or fees established on the associated course. You can configure the required course fees for the learners to participate based on the type of class.
Course Credit
The Course Credit section within the Course form enables you to view and configure the numerical value assigned to a course to quantify the learner’s successful course completion, thus, allowing the progress of the learner to be tracked through the accumulated credit points.

Note:

The Course Credit is accessible only in the Edit or View format of the form.

The Credit points vary for different accrediting bodies for the same course.

A new course credit can be added by clicking New-M360 - Course Credit.
The Course Credit form is displayed, allowing you to enter/select the required values in the fields.

You can add a new Course Curriculum by clicking New M360 - Course Curriculum, or update an existing curriculum if needed by clicking Edit in its row.
The Course Curriculum form is displayed.
