How to Add a Venue?

 
To add venue details, follow the steps below:
 
1.  On the M360 - Venue List page, click New M360 - Venue.
 
 
Note:  You can also create a new Venue by navigating to Events> Manage Venues > Venue and clicking New.
 
The M360 - Venue form is displayed.
 
 
2.  Enter/ select the values of the fields as required.

3. Click Save.
 
The new venue is successfully added
 
 
You can update or view in detail the event added to the list by clicking on Edit/ View in the desired venue row.
 
 
Primary Information
The Primary Information section within the Venue form allows you to set up the essential details of the venue such as the venue name and location.

Note:  All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Description
CUSTOM FORM
Preferred option to customize the Venue form.
INACTIVE
Enabling this feature indicates the deactivation of this venue.
NAME
The name of the venue.
TYPE
The specific type to categorize venue.
CATEGORY
The preferred category for associating the venue.
ADDRESS 1
The primary address of the venue.
ADDRESS 2
Additional address of the venue.
.CITY
The city of the venue.
COUNTRY
The country of the venue.
STATE
The state of the venue.
STATE/PROVINCE
The state/province of the venue.
ZIP
The zip code of the venue.
MAP
The visual representation of the venue location that helps in navigation.
LODGING AVAILABLE
This option when enabled informs the participants about the accommodation availability at the venue.
AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL
This option when enabled informs the participants about the rental services available at the venue. 
OWNED PROPERTY
This option when enabled informs the participants that the venue is at an owned property. 
LONGITUDE
The geographic coordinate representing the east-west position of the venue
LATITUDE
The geographic coordinate that represents its north-south position on the venue
AVAILABLE IN MODULES
The venue is available in selected modules of Mem360 such as the core, Membership, Event modules, etc.
 
 
Areas
The Areas section within the Venue form allows you to add information regarding the specific location for the event.

The arrangement of booths within a specific location of the venue.
