How to Add a Job Posting?

You can add a job posting to showcase the available job openings in your organization.
1. Navigate to your My Portal > Dashboard.
The Dashboard is displayed.
 
2. Click Career Center in the left navigation menu.
The Career Center dropdown list is displayed.
 
3. Click Job Postings.
The Job Postings page is displayed.
 
4. Click New Listing
The New Job Posting form is displayed.
 
5.  Enter/ Select the values required in the fields.  For more information, refer to the following sections.
 
6. Click Save.
The job posting is successfully saved.
 
 
Basic Details
The Basic Details section within the Job Postings form allows you to enter/ select the essential details regarding the job in the associated fields.
 
Please refer to the table below for field names and descriptions:
Note: All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Field
Description
Job Title
The title or designation assigned to a specific job within a job posting.
Location
The area where the job is to be performed.
Workplace
The mode of working for the job such as remote, onsite, etc.
Salary Value
The salary range for the job posted.
Recruitment Duration (Expiry)
The timeframe during which the job posting is active.
Send applicants to an external link for applying  
Enabling this feature will allow you to add a link to a website or online form to complete the applicant’s application process that is different from the current platform.
 
 
Attributes
The Attributes section within the Job Postings form allows you to enter/ select the essential attributes of the job in the associated fields.
 
Please refer to the table below for field names and their descriptions.

Field
Description
Industry
The industry to which the job is related.
Category
Category of the job based on the job function and skills required.
Job Type
The specific employment status for the job.
Years of Experience
The relevant years of experience required for the job.
 
 
Other Details
The Other Details section within the Job Postings form allows you to enter other details regarding the job.
 
Please refer to the table below for names and descriptions of the text boxes.
Note: 
  • All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • In all the text boxes, you can customize the font and the appearance of the text in the job posting using the formatting toolbar corresponding to the text box.

Description of the job posting detailing about the job, location, role, etc.
Responsibilities
The specific tasks expected to be performed from the job position.
Requirements
The qualifications, skill set, and experience required for the job.
